Women's Health Clinic at Sunrise
Officially named The Magenta Clinic
Expanding access to full-spectrum reproductive, gynecologic, and maternal health care.
DAP Health serves more than 32,000 women annually across its five existing women’s health clinics. But at Palm Springs Family Health on North Palm Canyon Drive, the women’s health practice has just three exam rooms, creating limited capacity and wait times of up to 90 days for patients seeking OB-GYN care.
The new Women’s Health Clinic at DAP Health Sunrise, officially named The Magenta Clinic, will help change that.
Located in the Barbara Keller LOVE Building and expected to open in early 2027, the clinic will triple DAP Health’s capacity to provide full-spectrum reproductive, gynecologic, and maternal health care. Patients will have access to preventive care, physical exams, menopausal gynecology, prenatal care, delivery support, postnatal care, and a seamless continuum of wraparound services.
The Magenta Clinic name aligns with DAP Health’s color-themed naming convention at Sunrise and reflects our commitment to creating a more neutral, welcoming, and affirming experience for every patient who may need these services.
Here, care will not begin and end in an exam room. Patients will be connected to social support, mental health, health education, economic assistance, and other resources that address social drivers of health.
This investment will help create healthier patients, healthier pregnancies, stronger families, and easier access to care in our community.

Sunrise Campus Expansion

The Sunrise Campus Expansion is a campus-wide Vision Forward opportunity that will improve the spaces patients use before, during, and after care.
These improvements are designed to benefit patients across multiple service lines, not one clinic alone. From arrival and navigation to pharmacy access, laboratory services, shared waiting areas, and gathering spaces, these investments will help create a more welcoming, efficient, and connected campus experience for patients, visitors, clinicians, and team members.
The Sunrise Campus Expansion strengthens the infrastructure that makes whole-person care possible. It supports how patients move through campus, how they access services, and how they experience DAP Health from the moment they arrive until the time they leave.

Oceanside Clinic and Pharmacy
Expanding affirming care in San Diego's North County.
DAP Health’s Oceanside Clinic and Pharmacy will help expand access to affirming, culturally competent care in San Diego’s North County.
This location will support services such as sexual wellness, HIV care, Hepatitis C care, gender-affirming care, primary care, care navigation, pharmacy access, and community-based support that helps people stay connected to treatment and whole-person care.
The Oceanside campaign is an opportunity to invest in a space designed to meet people where they are, reduce barriers to care, and support patients with dignity, privacy, and respect.

Vista Sunrise I Apartment Renovations
Preserving safe, stable, and dignified affordable housing.
Vista Sunrise I provides affordable housing for residents living with HIV/AIDS. This campaign will help preserve and improve the homes residents depend on every day.
Vista Sunrise I includes five apartment buildings with a total of 81 one-bedroom apartments and studios throughout the complex. Each building is in need of major upgrades, including roofing, exterior paint, HVAC improvements, interior upgrades, and other essential renovations that will help preserve the quality, safety, and dignity of the homes residents depend on.
The total project cost is $2.5 million, with each of the five buildings requiring approximately $500,000 in improvements. One building has already been secured through a generous $500,000 gift with donor naming rights, leaving four additional building opportunities available.
This investment recognizes that housing is health care. Safe, stable housing supports health, dignity, connection, and quality of life.
