With 25 locations and eight mobile clinics across Riverside and San Diego counties, quality health care is always within reach. We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs, and provide inclusive, culturally competent care in a welcoming environment for patients of all backgrounds, genders, and orientations.

Yes. We work with many specialists in the area and can help coordinate specialty care as needed.

Yes. Getting a regular physical is the first step to ensuring your best health. Please schedule an appointment for a physical if you have not seen your doctor in the past year.

You should see your primary care provider at least once every year. If you have any ongoing issues or concerns, more frequent visit may be needed. This can be discussed with your PCP, who will suggest a customized treatment plan and follow-up schedule.

We do have some same-day appointments available for acute needs. However, to minimize your wait times and help us prepare for your visit, we suggest you make an appointment.

We take many types of insurance, and can discuss what to do if you do not currently have insurance.
