Frequently asked questions
Can a primary care provider refer me to a specialist?
Yes. We work with many specialists in the area and can help coordinate specialty care as needed.
Can I get a physical exam for work or school?
Yes. Getting a regular physical is the first step to ensuring your best health. Please schedule an appointment for a physical if you have not seen your doctor in the past year.
How often should I see a primary care provider?
You should see your primary care provider at least once every year. If you have any ongoing issues or concerns, more frequent visit may be needed. This can be discussed with your PCP, who will suggest a customized treatment plan and follow-up schedule.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We do have some same-day appointments available for acute needs. However, to minimize your wait times and help us prepare for your visit, we suggest you make an appointment.
Do I need insurance to receive primary care services?
We take many types of insurance, and can discuss what to do if you do not currently have insurance.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?
Absolutely. We can help arrange virtual visits to meet your schedule and avoid a trip to the clinic. Learn more about Telehealth visits here.
