Join the CAB

Helping to shape the future of care at DAP Health

The Community Advisory Board (CAB) seeks to improve the experience for the patients/clients/vested-interest community members and staff of DAP Health. The CAB meets monthly and is composed of up to 17 members, with at least one more patient/client/vested-interest community member than staff team members. Interested individuals must complete the CAB application and then be approved by a majority vote. Anyone who is interested in serving may apply.
