Protect patients and community health centers by rejecting Prop 44.

Prop 44 would require community health centers to spend at least 90% of total revenue on narrowly defined, arbitrary categories.

But health care doesn’t begin and end in the exam room. DAP Health’s award-winning whole-person model helps patients access housing, food, transportation, behavioral health care, patient navigation, telemedicine, outreach, and more. If Prop 44 passes and threatens these services, patients will suffer poorer health outcomes.

We need your involvement

What Could Possibly Be at Stake if Prop 44 Passes

  • Care coordination
  • Case management
  • Community outreach and education
  • DAP Health’s new OB-GYN clinic at Sunrise and sexual wellness clinic in Oceanside
  • Food and nutrition programs
  • Housing services
  • Clinic administrator, nurse manager, and other support positions
  • Patient navigation
  • Telehealth
  • Translation and patient communications
  • Transportation services

DAP Health could be fined dollar for dollar for expenses Prop 44 sees as prohibited, as well as for donations not earmarked for programs and services Prop 44 sees as allowed.

A large, solid red-orange circle occupies the upper left portion of a light gray background, with only the lower right edge of the circle visible, creating a bold, minimalist contrast between the colors and shapes.
An orange rounded rectangle fills most of the image, with its top left corner smoothly curved into a quarter-circle. The top right section remains straight and orange, while the top left background is white. The overall layout is minimalist and abstract.
A smiling man in blue medical scrubs with a green stethoscope around his neck holds a clipboard. He has short, neatly styled brown hair and some facial stubble. The background is blurred, suggesting a medical or office setting.
