Through gas or public transportation vouchers, DAP Health helps eligible clients access transportation services for medical appointments, ensuring they can receive care without worrying about how to get there.

Yes, MyChart offers secure online billing tools.

  • Go to the “Billing” or “Pay a Bill” section.
  • See statements, insurance info, past payments, and account balance.
  • Pay with a credit/debit card or set up a payment plan (if available).

Some systems even allow paperless billing and reminders via text or email.

Housing services provide limited short-term support to help eligible clients secure emergency or temporary housing while they work toward long-term solutions.

Our mobile services bring health care directly to the community — offering primary care, sexual health screenings, behavioral health support, vaccinations, and more from fully equipped mobile units. We go where care is needed most, reducing barriers like transportation, stigma, and cost.

Our home caregivers provide a range of services, from medical assistance and daily living support to light housekeeping and companionship, helping clients stay independent at home.

Everyone is welcome. We serve people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and insurance statuses — whether you’re housed or unhoused, insured or uninsured, a first-time visitor or a returning patient.

Your medical record is a detailed summary of your health history. It includes important information like:

  • Your past and current health conditions
  • Allergies
  • Medications you take
  • Vaccination history and past procedures
  • Lab and test results
  • Imaging reports (X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans)
  • Notes from your doctor visits
  • Your care plans

Our mobile clinics travel throughout Southern California, including schools, shelters, community centers, encampments, and events. We work with local partners to reach people where they live, work, and gather.

MyChart is DAP Health’s online patient portal. It gives you access to much of your medical record from services provided by us and our partners. Through MyChart, you can view and manage:

  • Diagnoses, allergies, and medications
  • Lab results (except for STI/STD or microbiology tests)
  • Imaging and surgical reports, as well as cardiology summaries
  • Your provider’s notes from visits
  • Discharge summaries, instructions, and prescriptions
  • Other important information like immunizations, care plans, and vital signs

You can access services like health screenings, STI and HIV testing, COVID and flu vaccines, wound care, PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention, referrals for specialty care, and mental health consultations. Services vary by location, but each visit focuses on compassionate, judgment-free care.
