With deep expertise in strategic planning, financial management, risk assessment, and operations, Stith has played a pivotal role in transforming organizations through innovative fiscal strategies, compliance frameworks, and operational efficiencies.
Currently serving as the chief administration officer at DAP Health, Stith oversees financial planning, IT infrastructure, contract management, and retail operations for this $250 million health care organization. She leads strategic fiscal initiatives that protect revenue streams, enhance profitability, and ensure sustainable growth. Under her financial stewardship, gross revenues have increased by 200% in three years, yielding a 300% rise in net operational gains.
Prior to joining DAP Health, Stith held key leadership roles at Horizon Health and Wellness, Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona, and Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc.
