Fred Drewette

Treasurer

Fred Drewette moved to the Coachella Valley in 1993 and joined DAP Health as a member of its Finance committee. In 1996, he was elected to the board of directors, and in 1997, he was elected treasurer, a position he has held continuously since that time. In 2023, Drewette retired after 43 years as a chief financial officer operating nonprofit, for-profit, and government health care facilities for Tenet Healthcare, Universal Healthcare, AHMC Healthcare, and the county of Riverside’s Riverside University Medical Center. Drewette’s financial background encompasses operating both large and small health care facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from California State University-Fullerton, and currently lives with his wife in Corona, California.
