Eve E. Fromberg Edelstein was raised in the Palm Springs area. She has a law firm with her husband and father, and has been a member of the California Bar since December 1997. She graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 and from California Western Law School in 1997. She specializes in the areas of estate, business, and corporate law.

In 2008, Fromberg Edelstein was the CEO of Smile Factory, a local agency that provides free dental screenings and treatment to public school children. This gave her invaluable experience in working with nonprofits, and knowledge of the day-to-day operational challenges they face.

Fromberg Edelstein has provided corporate and governance counsel to several nonprofit clients. She has also facilitated many board retreats, and spoken as a legal expert of board governance and legal compliance. She is a member of the Desert Bar Association, California Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and resides with her husband Mark and son Jack in Rancho Mirage. She also currently serves as a councilmember for the city of Rancho Mirage, appointed in November 2024.

In addition to serving on the board of DAP Health since 2021, Fromberg Edelstein has served on the boards of many local organizations. She served as board president for Pathfinder Ranch, Cielo Vista Charter School’s governing board, and Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs. She has also been an active member of Palm Springs Pathfinders since 2012, and served as board president from 2014 to 2016. She served on the city of Rancho Mirage’s Housing Commission in 2010, and as a board member for the Palm Springs Unified School District Foundation.
