mobile clinic

DAP Health’s Mobile Health services bring vital care directly to communities that need it most, eliminating barriers and expanding access to inclusive, high-quality care across Southern California.

Mobile health care for the community

DAP Health mobile services include family medicine, women’s health, well-child exams (including physicals for school, sports physicals, and immunizations), sick visits for adults and children, family planning, free sexual wellness (HIV/STI testing, STI treatment, PrEP and PEP, pregnancy tests, birth control consultations), COVID-19 testing and vaccination, and labs.

Mobile dental services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, oral health education and pediatric (child) restorative treatment. (Pediatric restorative treatment is limited to Mobile Unit 3, which serves the Anza area, and is offered during the summer months, and only when parents are present.)

School-based health and dental care

DAP Health has a strong focus on school-based health care, and partners with local school districts that cover more than 500 individual schools. We operate five mobile units that help facilitate remote care with our frontline staff offering primary health, dental care, and many preventive medicine services.

Patients who complete any mobile medical or dental appointment will receive a free $10 gift card (first come, first served, while supplies last.)

Most insurance accepted. Programs available for the uninsured.

Frequently asked questions

Our mobile services bring health care directly to the community — offering primary care, sexual health screenings, behavioral health support, vaccinations, and more from fully equipped mobile units. We go where care is needed most, reducing barriers like transportation, stigma, and cost.

Everyone is welcome. We serve people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and insurance statuses — whether you’re housed or unhoused, insured or uninsured, a first-time visitor or a returning patient.

Our mobile clinics travel throughout Southern California, including schools, shelters, community centers, encampments, and events. We work with local partners to reach people where they live, work, and gather.

You can access services like health screenings, STI and HIV testing, COVID and flu vaccines, wound care, PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention, referrals for specialty care, and mental health consultations. Services vary by location, but each visit focuses on compassionate, judgment-free care.
