Urgent Care

No. As a network of community health centers, DAP Health welcomes all patients, and does not turn anyone away based on insurance status or who their primary care provider is.

Our urgent care model does prioritize patients who are already established with a DAP Health primary care provider. However, if you are not currently a DAP Health patient, our team can still assist. We’ll provide an out-of-network acknowledgment form if needed, and we can also assist you in establishing care with a DAP Health provider if you’re interested.

Walk-ins are always accepted, and our team is here to support your immediate care needs. No appointment necessary.

No, walk-ins are welcome, but it is preferable to call ahead and schedule a visit rather than just walking in. This helps reduce wait times, ensuring you receive timely, efficient, personalized care.

Yes. DAP Health provides care regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We offer a sliding-scale payment system for uninsured or underinsured patients, and our team can help determine if you qualify for financial assistance programs.

To help us provide the best care, please bring:

  • A valid ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).
  • Your insurance card, if applicable.
  • A list of current medications and any relevant medical history.
  • Payment for any applicable co-pay or sliding-scale fees.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. E.R. conditions include:

  • Chest pain or difficulty breathing
  • Severe bleeding or deep wounds
  • Head injuries or loss of consciousness
  • Signs of stroke (sudden numbness, confusion, or slurred speech)
  • Severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face or throat)
