We work with most insurance providers in your area to ensure accessible care for the diverse communities we serve. If you need a primary care provider (PCP), our enrollment specialists can help designate DAP Health as your provider of choice. For those facing high deductibles, substantial copays, or lacking insurance altogether, we offer a sliding fee scale program to help manage costs. Additionally, we can assist with health coverage enrollment to ensure you receive the care you need. As a federally qualified health center (FQHC), DAP Health eliminates barriers to health care, making quality services available to everyone regardless of ability to pay.

Sliding fee scale is offered to patients who qualify based on the federal poverty level. Patients will not be turned away based on the inability to pay.

If you feel you may need assistance, please contact us or initiate the patient enrollment process to speak with an enrollment specialist.
