What is the morning after pill and how does it work?
The morning after pill is emergency contraception that helps prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex or birth control failure. It works best the sooner you take it—ideally within 72 hours—and does not affect an existing pregnancy.
Do I need a prescription or appointment to get it?
No. At DAP Health, you can walk in and get the morning after pill for free—no prescription, ID, or insurance required.
Can anyone get a free pregnancy test?
Yes. Anyone assigned female at birth (AFAB) or born with a uterus can access free, confidential pregnancy testing at DAP Health. You’ll get results quickly and professional support regardless of the outcome.
Will anyone be told about my visit?
No. Your visit is 100% confidential. We do not share information with parents, schools, or partners without your permission.
